Can I get a custom print or design?
At the moment, I am not taking on any new design jobs, so sorry darlings x
What frame do you recommend? And are prints available in a larger size?
Prints are only currently available in A4 size and I recommend an A3 frame to allow for a border. Keep in mind that prints come on 315gsm felt paper and are an off white colour. Some places I can recommend are Country Road, Milk & Sugar, Spotlight or even Officeworks.
I'm ordering as a gift, can you remove any form of price from my order?
Our orders go out without an invoice or price sticker so don't stress my love. The email confirmation is your receipt.
Something is wrong with my order, how can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is through email or the contact form on our website. Often we will miss important messages through Instagram so we suggest staying away from there.
I made a note in my order about needing it urgently but haven't heard back?
Adding important information (print enquiries, change of address or urgent requests) into an order at checkout may go missed until that order is being packed. It is safest to add it both at checkout and send through an email so we can help the best we can.
I processed my order but haven't had a shipping notification come through?
My husband and I pack all orders twice a week at a minimum, usually at the beginning and at the end. We try our best to keep on top of emails, orders, messages but ask if you can please be patient with us. If you need a print by a certain date please try to allow as much time as possible so you won’t be disappointed.
