VIP Design day
A half day denotes 3 hours, a full day denotes 6 hours.
Already have a website or elements of a brand, but need a refresh? My Day Rate service might be just what you’re after.
Provide your to-do list and I’ll spend the day creating & designing for you! Whether it’s finishing a stand-alone project or working through a list of smaller to-do’s, I’m here to help make it happen.

● Your to-do list / project agreed upon and completed by the end of our day

● Once you have booked in for either your half-day or full VIP design day experience, we will discuss your project and deliverables over email or a discovery call. Whether you book the 3 hours or 6 hours, you will have direct one-on-one access to my skills and expertise continuously. My aim is to complete your entire to-do list or project within the timeframe selected. You will need to ensure that all required copy / imagery is shared with me prior to our day together.
● On the morning of our day I will go over your project and all files shared with me and confirm with you the start of your design day. Ideally, you will be available on email or zoom/chat throughout your day, just incase there are any questions.
● At the end of our design day, all final project files will be shared with you.

FULL BRAND IDENTITY
Our Design Process
WEEK 1
I'll create the ultimate brand story that will build solid foundations for design and create meaningful connections with the right people. I'll develop your mission, vision and positioning statement – what sets you apart from the rest! I'll stalk your competitors, bring your audience persona to life, build visual inspiration, and establish your tagline and Brand archetype.
Brand Strategy
WEEK 2 & 3
Brand Design & Refinement
After nailing your brand concept and visual direction, I will then intuitively and strategically create your new branding. You will receive a detailed branding presentation that will include visual mockups to help you visualise how your new branding will look across different touch points. You'll have the opportunity to request two rounds of revisions if needed, although most of our clients find the initial concept to be exactly what they were looking for.
WEEK 4
Final Files & Completion
Now that your branding is finalised and approved, I will then create all final files and share them with you in one neatly organised folder. You will also receive a comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document (Your brand bible) which will showcase all your new branding and assets that you can always refer to.

Our Design Process
WEEK 1
Visual Direction
I'll curate and gather all your branding assets, including captivating stock photography and images, to establish a captivating visual direction. With these elements in hand, I will craft a stunning homepage mockup that showcases the essence of your brand. Your Homepage mockup will be presented to you and you will have two rounds of refinement, if needed.
WEEK 2 & 3
Website Build and refinement
Once we have finalised the visual direction and received your approval on the homepage mockup, I'll proceed to construct the entire website on the chosen platform. Seamlessly connecting all pages and integrating product listings if you have an online store, I'll ensure every aspect comes together harmoniously. Basic SEO and image optimisation will be implemented, and your domain name will be seamlessly connected. Behind the scenes, the backend of the website will be set up efficiently. At this stage, you will be invited to view the complete website.
WEEK 4
Final Files & Completion
t's time to kickstart the launch of your new site! We value your input and will carefully consider any final adjustments before getting your site ready for the big reveal. Throughout the process, we've prepared a helpful guide to ensure you feel confident managing your site or store once the handover is complete. We're here to support you every step of the way as you prepare to showcase your online presence to the world!
